Any minimum requirements for my files to be printed?For high-quality prints, 300 PPI is the industry standard. However, for larger prints that will be viewed from a distance, 150 PPI can be acceptable.

Are photos from Whatapps, Facebook, Instagram or Screenshots good for printing?Photos from these platforms generally not ideal for high-quality printing due to their lower resolution and compression but we can still print and frame it for you if don't mind. It's up to personal preferences.

How do I make payment after placing an order?We will be sending you an invoice together with the payment details such as Paynow. Therefore, kindly make sure that your contact details such as phone number and email are correct.
